As part of our commitment to accountability and transparency, we have started sending out a monthly email to our customers listing the monthly PPC spend for each of their customers in the prior month, along with the associated target budgets.
One of our core values is Get the Customer in the Room, and we did just that for this feature by designing the email in collaboration with some of our customers and using their feedback to inform the email's final design.
We also followed our Lean Startup innovation methodology by starting minimally -- manually creating and sending the emails in August -- before launching the fully automated version this week.
