New Feature Announcement: Order Entry Improvement


We are always trying to improve the user experience within the Semify dashboard. One area that we’ve received feedback from our customers is the number of clicks it takes to enter a new order for an account.

We gathered this feedback and created a more user-friendly version to input new accounts in the dashboard. It now gives you the option to forgo numerous clicks, which will save everyone time.

When you are ready to add a new account into the dashboard, navigate to the gear and select “New Account”.

Here you will add the Account Name, URL and the service plan the client is signing up for. Once you choose the plan you’d like for your client, select the “New Account” button. This will then take you to the in-take PRQ form. Here you will fill out the form and sign the SOW.
