This month we are excited to be pushing out Version 1 of our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Standard Monthly Report. Up to this point, we have been directing our clients and reseller end-users to log into the SEM Portal to gain access to the PPC data. And our ad-hoc query builder is quite powerful. We expect people who are regular users of our ad-hoc query tools will continue to use the platform for report generation. However, similar to our SEO resellers, we heard loud and clear that a Standard Monthly PPC report was also needed. This month we bring Version 1 out of development for our reseller community.

The report is designed to provide concise detail about how advertising dollars are being spent in Google, Yahoo and Bing. We know that accountability is paramount when managing an advertising budget for your customer. Toward this end, we want to be as transparent as possible about how those dollars were spent. We know other firms take more of a "black-box" approach. But not here.

We also are using our Monthly PPC Report to stress the innovative and creative things our PPC Analyst team is doing with these campaigns. Our team is committed to trying new things (i.e., testing) with an eye toward conversion. We are accountable to results, so each test is followed-up with a quantitative analysis of how well it worked. As always, our goals are clearly displayed in our easy-to-read graphs so you can see on 1 page just how well the PPC campaign is performing.

We are really excited by this enhancement to our PPC Reseller Program. We are confident that these standard reports will streamline communication and provide another positive customer touch to reinforce our value proposition. Let us know what you think of them.
