We are starting 2012 off with some enhanced phone tracking and lead tracking features. We have made improvements in both the infrastructure of call tracking as well as phone call reporting in the Semify software.

First, we have integrated with a new phone company who provisions numbers immediately, provides more searching features, allows more seamless integration and costs less than our previous provider. We are really excited about that!

Next, we added several screens to let the end user purchase, setup and manage their call tracking numbers. You'll be able to set whether or not you record calls, whisper features, labels and assign sources.

Finally, we improved our analytics screens to allow you to see phone calls by source and label. We also tweaked our lead reporting to show you the leads by source.
